International Conference Fundraising for Arts and Cultural Organizations – Call for Submissions

The conference is inviting fundraisers, arts managers, arts consultants, arts entrepreneurs, grant writing consultants, producers, sponsorship managers, arts agents and talent managers working in various artistic disciplines from all over the world.

This meeting is a great opportunity to present the work to the international audience, o meet potential collaborators and partners – casting directors, performers from different creative genres and techniques, actors, dancers, directors, choreographers, musicians; artists, authors, theatre managers, festival organizers and arts publishers from different countries.

The conference is the opportunity to gain important insights into today’s best fundraising strategies for arts and cultural organizations of all sizes and scale, to open discussions about successful and effective strategies considering the challenges facing people working in this area today, to establish new contacts, to exchange experiences with colleagues from different countries and to lay the foundation for future networking and collaboration.
The conference working language is English.
You are welcome to take part in the Conference as a Presenter/Speaker or a Participant/Observer.

At the moment the Conference is accepting presentation proposals!

The conference offers a wonderful opportunity for experts in fundraising and arts management to present their information and services to the international audience. The programme is forming quickly, the number of slots is limited.

Presentation Formats:
  • reading/lecture
  • paper presentation
  • practical workshop/master class
  • video/photo demonstration
  • other way of demonstration offered by Speaker/Presenter can be considered.
Submission Guidelines:
The presentation proposal should be sent to and should include the following documents:
•  Letter of motivation stating the conference title and dates describing the purpose of application – at least in one sentence
•  Detailed CV
•  Brief biography – max 100 words
•  Title and format of presentation
•  Brief overview of presentation – max 250 words
•  Head shot and additional photo materials
All documents of a presentation proposal should be sent in one email as attachments: text documents should be sent in Word format, photo materials should be sent in JPG format.
Registration fee for Presenters/Speakers:
650 EUR if payment is made before February 15th – early reduced registration fee.
(750 EUR if payment is made after February 15th).
The fee covers the Speaker’s/Presenter’s registration fee and participation in all events of the conference programme.

The official day of arrival is December 17th from 14:00.
day of departure is December 21st at 9:00.
